ADT / Census The ADT Snapshot is a homepage for each resident - the Snapshot shows you their five "W's" -- who, what, where, when, and why. Quickly find census, reimbursement, clinical, and contact data in one scrollable page. Hyperlinks on the Snapshot take you to all areas of the system. Be prepared for new residents by gathering pre-registration information, including payors, diagnoses, treatments, medications, and assessment results such as level of care and ADL needs.
